LeakSeek ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile app, website, support channels, and newsletter forms.
Information We Collect
Account and authentication data: Email address, user ID, login/session data, and authentication events via Supabase Auth (including password reset and social login flows where enabled)
Training and gameplay data: Training hands, decisions, session summaries, progression signals, and related in-app performance data required to deliver the product
Support/contact submissions: Subject, message content, your authenticated user ID, and your account email when you send messages through the in-app contact form
Newsletter data (website): Email address and anti-abuse metadata such as IP address, user agent, rate-limit records, and unsubscribe status
Subscription status: Entitlement and purchase state from RevenueCat plus store billing status from Apple App Store / Google Play
Analytics and Diagnostics
- Sentry: For crash reporting and error tracking in the mobile app. Sentry may receive technical diagnostics, logs, replay data, and related identifiers.
- Google Analytics 4: For website analytics, including page views, scroll depth, section views, CTA clicks, FAQ interactions, newsletter conversion events, and language changes.
If we add or remove analytics providers, we will update this policy.
How We Use Data
- Provide and secure authentication and account access
- Deliver training features, session tracking, and progression
- Process and manage subscriptions and entitlement access
- Respond to support requests and improve product quality
- Run newsletter operations and prevent abuse
Sharing and Processors
We do not sell your personal data. We share data with service providers only as needed to operate LeakSeek:
- Supabase (authentication, database, edge functions)
- RevenueCat (subscription and entitlement management)
- Sentry (error monitoring and diagnostics)
- Google Analytics (website analytics)
- Resend (newsletter and transactional email delivery)
- Apple App Store and Google Play (payments and billing)
Security and Retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no system is completely secure.
We retain personal data only as long as needed for service delivery, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and legitimate business operations.
Payment Information
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store and Google Play, with subscription state integrated through RevenueCat. We do not store full payment card numbers.
Children's Privacy
LeakSeek is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Request a copy/export of your data where applicable
- Object to or restrict certain processing where permitted
