Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeakSeek ("the app", "our service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeakSeek.

Eligibility

To use LeakSeek, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Service
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law

By using LeakSeek, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Account Registration

When you create an account with LeakSeek:

• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

Subscriptions & Payments

LeakSeek is available as a subscription service with the following pricing:

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds & Cancellations

All refund requests are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable. LeakSeek does not process refunds directly. However, if you have special circumstances or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us at contact@leakseek.poker and we'll do our best to help.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period.

User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

When using LeakSeek, you agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to access the app without our express permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or our servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or related systems
• Use the app to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of LeakSeek—including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, training scenarios, and algorithms—are the exclusive property of LeakSeek and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not give you any ownership rights to the app or its content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LeakSeek is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the app's content or functionality.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeakSeek and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use of the app
• Any losses incurred while playing poker, whether using LeakSeek or not
• Service interruptions, technical difficulties, or errors in the app

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LeakSeek and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to LeakSeek at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Extended periods of inactivity

Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending you a notification through the app or via email. Continued use of LeakSeek after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeakSeek regarding your use of the app and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
