Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeakSeek (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What LeakSeek Is

LeakSeek is an educational poker training application. It deals simulated hands, compares your decisions against solver-derived strategies, and tracks your progress over time.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Accounts and Authentication

The app creates an anonymous account when you first open it, so you can train immediately. You can later register with an email address, Sign in with Apple, or Google Sign-In.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account
• An anonymous account is tied to the app installation. If you delete the app, change device, or sign out before linking an email or social login, that account and its progress may become permanently unreachable

Free Access, Credits and Daily Limits

Part of LeakSeek is available for free, subject to daily limits such as a number of hands, drills, or credits that refill over time. These allowances are a product feature, not a purchased good: we may change, increase, reduce, or restructure them at any time, including for free accounts.

Subscriptions and Billing

LeakSeek offers paid access through subscriptions sold via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription processing and entitlement state are managed using RevenueCat.

• Pricing, taxes, currencies, and billing terms may vary by storefront and region
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your store account settings
• Where a free trial or introductory offer is provided, it converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless you cancel beforehand. Offers may be limited to one per user, per account, or per storefront
• Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase
• If we change the price of an existing subscription, the change applies from the next renewal and the store will ask for your consent where required
• Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase, under that store's refund policy. We cannot issue refunds for store-processed purchases ourselves
• Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights, where they apply to digital content bought through an app store, are exercised through that store

Founder, Beta and Promotional Access

Certain promotional, founder, beta, or community offers may require specific eligibility — for example a valid code, a store purchase on a given date, or membership of our community server. We may validate eligibility and revoke promotional access if conditions are not met or are no longer met.

Beta or early-access features are provided for evaluation. They may be incomplete, unstable, changed, or withdrawn without notice, and progress made in them may be reset.

Progress, XP, Ranks and Leaderboards

XP, levels, streaks, badges, credits, rank and ELO ratings are in-app progress indicators. They have no monetary value, cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged, and are not property.

• We may rebalance how XP, ranks, credits, and rewards are earned as the product evolves, including retroactively
• Ratings may decay during prolonged inactivity, by design
• We may correct, reset, or remove progress obtained through exploits, automation, or any breach of these Terms

Notifications and Communications

If you allow them, we send push notifications such as reminders, streak alerts, and progress updates. You choose which categories you receive in the app's settings, and you can turn them off entirely from your device settings. We may still send you service-related messages about your account, your subscription, or material changes to these Terms.

Your Content and Feedback

When you send us support messages, beta applications, survey answers, or feedback, you keep ownership of what you wrote, and you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it to operate and improve the Service. We may act on suggestions without obligation, attribution, or compensation.

Share cards and other images you generate in the app are yours to share. You are responsible for what you post and where you post it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code, training content, or solver data except where law allows
• Scrape, bulk-export, resell, or redistribute the app's training hands, solver outputs, or lesson content
• Use the Service, or any output of it, as a real-time assistance tool while playing poker for money anywhere it is prohibited by that operator or by law
• Interfere with security, infrastructure, or normal operation of the Service, or circumvent credits, limits, entitlements, or paywalls
• Share accounts or use automated abuse scripts/bots
• Create multiple accounts to obtain promotional offers or free allowances repeatedly

Community

Our Discord server and other community spaces are optional and governed by their own rules as well as by the third-party platform's terms. We may remove access to community spaces or community-linked benefits for conduct that breaches those rules.

Updates and Availability

We improve LeakSeek continuously and may add, change, or remove features. We may require you to update to a supported version of the app to keep using the Service, and we may discontinue support for older versions or operating systems. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including software, training content, solver-derived strategies, branding, and design elements, are owned by LeakSeek (or its licensors) and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Services

LeakSeek uses third-party providers including Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Sentry, Expo, Google Analytics, Resend, Discord, Apple, and Google. Your use of third-party storefronts and services is also subject to their terms and policies. How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LeakSeek is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeakSeek and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, gambling losses, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts paid by you to LeakSeek in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or from the account deletion page on our website. Deleting your account erases or anonymises your data as described in the Privacy Policy, and your progress cannot be recovered afterwards.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict of law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. For all other users, the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction.

EU consumers may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. We prefer to resolve issues directly — please write to us first at contact@leakseek.poker.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the app, website, or email for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
