Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeakSeek (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• You must not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable law

Accounts and Authentication

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account
• You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

Subscriptions and Billing

LeakSeek offers paid access through subscriptions sold via Apple App Store and Google Play. Subscription processing and entitlement state may be managed using RevenueCat.

• Pricing, taxes, currencies, and billing terms may vary by storefront and region
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your store account settings
• Refunds are handled by the store where you made the purchase under that store's refund policy

Founder and Promotional Access

Certain promotional or founder offers may require specific eligibility. We may validate eligibility and revoke promotional access if conditions are no longer met.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code except where law allows
• Interfere with security, infrastructure, or normal operation of the Service
• Share accounts or use automated abuse scripts/bots

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including software, training content, branding, and design elements, are owned by LeakSeek (or its licensors) and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Third-Party Services

LeakSeek uses third-party providers including Supabase, RevenueCat, Sentry, Google Analytics, Resend, Apple, and Google. Your use of third-party storefronts and services is also subject to their terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

LeakSeek is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LeakSeek and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to amounts paid by you to LeakSeek in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination and Account Deletion

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, abuse, fraud, or legal reasons.

You may request account deletion at any time. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel store-managed subscriptions; cancellation must be done in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, excluding conflict of law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in France have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes relating to these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and may notify you through the app, website, or email for material changes. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
